Student Wellbeing Characters ::: North Rocks Public School
I had the pleasure of working with North Rocks Public School to design and illustrate a set of characters that convey the five basic needs children have in order to be motivated learners.
The characters reflect the cultural diversity at the school and sit within illustrated spaces of their school. The animals and plants included are native or indigenous to the area and reinforce the characteristics of the five basic needs.
The five basic needs are:
- Freedom
- Fun
- Love and Belonging
- Power
- Survival
